ptp DA provides a unique bespoke service tailored to each client’s requirements, including feasibility studies, planning applications, Architectural Drawings, technical design, project management, CDM Principal designer duties and interior design.
We work predominantly in North London, where we work closely with local planning department to maximise the development potential for each property.
Ptp DA respond differently to every new project, as the requirements are never the same. The studio consistently aims to react to the site context, brief and other parameters without preconceptions for design and architectural solutions.
Ptp Design Architecture ambition is to manage and delivered work of different natures and budgets, ranging from high end residential homes to social housing.
Developing simple and strong concepts enables us to later create carefully detailed and considered solutions.
