We offer a complete range of interior design services, both decorative and architectural, from concept to completion. 

Understanding you

Forming a close relationship with our clients is paramount to us. We start by taking a detailed brief of your requirements, face to face, to become acquainted with your personal tastes and preferences. We advise you on design styles, target budgets and timescales, whilst gaining an understanding of your property and its setting. A full survey is then undertaken, and at this time we would discuss which features may be worth keeping, and identify problem areas, if possible suggesting a way around them. Our aim is to help you visualise and more fully explore the potential of your property, through discussion. We then articulate all this carefully in the form of a written brief, outlining the objectives and milestones of your project. 

Design process

In response to your brief, we then create a concept design that invokes an initial feel for your interior as the basis for further discussion. We present our ideas to you through mood boards, drawings and visuals, working closely with you to ensure the designs are developed to your liking.

Once the broad concepts have been set, we prepare a detailed design presentation. Depending on the nature of the project this might include floor plans, electrical layouts, lighting layouts, wall elevations, furniture and finishes schedules, joinery details and sample boards showing fabrics for soft furnishings, window treatments, floor and wall coverings and proposed furniture and accessories. A full specification document can also be provided, breaking down the costs, item by item.

We can also prepare planning applications and tender packages and handle the appointment of any other parties to the project (structural engineers, approved inspectors). 

Project coordination

When you are happy with the designs we have produced, we can manage the rest of the project through to completion.
